Has anyone had any recent experience of contacting customer service via email? I've been waiting for a response for about 48 hours, as its account specific I was told sending a ticket in game that I'd have to wait for the email response which would be about 24 hours. Wondering what sort of response time people may have had.

Also I wonder if anyone has experience with getting an account unbanned? I upgraded my account to premium, payment went through and then it was banned and payment reverted to pending-I think because I'm living abroad and using an account from my home country. I'm wondering if I'm actually likely to get it unbanned, and if so if I'm going to be able to subscribe at all without opening a local account.

Not really wanting to start over again from an account I had been using since launch, I'd literally just come back a few days ago after 6 months hiatus.
